The ideal candidate will have: * Minimum three years of experience handling personal injury cases, including pre\-litigation management. * Expertise in subrogation, medical record review, drafting demand letters, and client communication. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to case management software. * Strong multi\-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills. * A positive, team\-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. **Position Details** * Location: Everett office (potential for hybrid schedule after training). * Schedule: Full\-time, 40 hours per week. * Compensation \& Benefits: Competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement.
