**About The Role** You'll build and own the payment, ledger, and settlement systems that power thousands of daily transactions across Singapore and Malaysia. What you'll do * Design and ship reliable, idempotent payment flows in Java + Spring Boot * Model financial primitives: ledgers, accounts, holds, transfers, settlement * Integrate with PayNow, DuitNow, card schemes, Apple Pay, Google Pay * Run incident response when something breaks at 2 AM What we’re looking for * 5+ years backend experience, ideally in Java and Postgres - Experience with payments, ledgers, or financial systems - Strong fundamentals in concurrency, idempotency, and consistency - Comfortable with on-call rotation What you get * Equity in 555 * Healthcare * On-call stipend * Latest hardware Ready to apply?
