Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an experienced **Gemini Enterprise Agent Engineer** to design, develop, deploy, and govern enterprise AI agents using **Gemini Enterprise, Gemini models, and Vertex AI.** **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop multi-agent solutions, including orchestration, grounding, enterprise search, and data connectors. * Build and optimize **RAG pipelines,** prompt strategies, and tool/function calling. * Implement AI governance controls, access management, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and audit logging. * Monitor agent performance, security, compliance, accuracy, and reliability. * Automate agent configuration, evaluation, and deployment using Python and APIs. * Collaborate with AI engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to deliver production-ready solutions. **Required Skills** * 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, Applied AI, or GenAI platform engineering. * Hands-on experience with **Gemini Enterprise / Agentspace** agent development and configuration. * Strong expertise in **Gemini models, Vertex AI, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and multi-agent orchestration.** * Practical experience in **AI governance, responsible AI, access controls, and evaluation frameworks.** * Proficiency in **Python** and working knowledge of GCP, including IAM and Cloud Storage. **Preferred Skills** * Google Cloud certifications. * Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes/GKE, CI/CD, and monitoring tools such as Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, or Grafana. * Familiarity with Model Armor and enterprise AI risk management.
