This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced DFW restaurant environment, understands hospitality at a high level, and is ready to grow within a dynamic brand. **Key Responsibilities** **Operations \& Execution** * Support day\-to\-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency during high\-volume service * Maintain Chop House Burger standards for food quality, cleanliness, and speed of service * Assist with inventory management, ordering, and vendor coordination * Ensure compliance with Texas health and safety regulations **Team Leadership** * Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training team members * Lead shifts with a strong presence on the floor—setting pace, energy, and accountability * Coach and develop staff to improve performance and guest engagement * Promote a positive, team\-first culture **Guest Experience** * Deliver and uphold a top\-tier guest experience consistent with DFW hospitality expectations * Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally * Actively engage with guests to build loyalty and repeat business **Administrative Support** * Assist with scheduling and labor cost management * Support cash handling, deposits, and daily reporting * Help drive sales initiatives and meet performance goals **Qualifications** * 1–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (fast casual or high\-volume preferred) * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced Dallas/Fort Worth restaurant environment * Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays required) * Food Handler/Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary \+ bonus potential * Growth opportunities within an expanding restaurant group * Employee discounts and team perks * A high\-energy, supportive work environment Pay: $42,000\.00 \- $46,000\.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off Work Location: In person
