Restaurant Manager

Cassis is a lively French bistro built around hospitality and making our guests feel welcomed and comfortable. From the same owners of Birch (James Beard nominees in '22, '24, and '25\), our kitchen team focuses on French dishes made with the highest quality local Wisconsin produce. We would like a manager to join our team who enjoys being on the dining room floor, building relationships with guests, and supporting our team in any way we can. Our goal is to continue to grow Cassis into what we believe it can be while embracing the identity of the restaurant that has been established by owners Kyle and Meghan Knall. **Responsibilities** * Lead hospitality by example * Manage daily service * Build guest relationships * Lead and develop employees * Support training * Handle guest concerns * Support staffing and scheduling * Maintain operational standards **What we are looking for** * Previous experience in a restaurant leadership role. *Please do not apply without restaurant experience.* * Strong instinct for hospitality and genuine care for people * Someone who brings positivity, levity, personality, and sincerity everyday * Ability to be level\-headed, organized, and decisive during a busy service. * Clear communication skills and confidence to hold employees accountable while also building staff morale. * Collaboration with the kitchen staff * Interest in food and beverage with a desire to keep learning * Full availability **What to expect** * 40\-50 hours per week including a mixture of daytime, mid, and closing shifts * Work alongside 3\-4 other managers * You would be primarily on the floor during service.
