The ideal candidate will lead development efforts while actively contributing to design, coding, troubleshooting, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain high\-performance **Java\-based applications and microservices.** * **Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.** * Develop and deploy containerized applications using **Docker in clou**d\-native environments. * Implement event\-driven solutions leveragin**g Kafka and MQ**. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality software solutions. * Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability. * Participate in code reviews, testing, a**nd Agile deve**lopment processes. **Required Skills** * 8\+ years of hands\-on experi**ence in Java development (Java 21\+ preferr**ed). * Strong expertise wit**h Spring Boot and microservices ar**chitecture. * Experie**nce with Angular (v19\+) and RxJS.** * Hands\-on experience wit**h Docker and cloud\-nat**ive application development. * Strong knowledge of **Kafka and message q**ueue technologies. * Experience with relational an**d NoSQL datab**ases. * **Advanced SQL skills** including query optimization, joins, stored procedures, and database design. * Experience wit**h AI\-assisted dev**elopment tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf. * Proficiency with **Git, Agile methodologie**s, and software development best practices. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and debugging skills.
