**HIRING — FORT MYERS & NAPLES WEDDINGS!** **COTRACT | PART-TIME | EVENT TEAM LEAD** Job Summary Lexies Illustrations is expanding our Southwest Florida wedding and event team for Naples and Fort Myers! (No Art Experience Needed) We are seeking a friendly, dependable, tech-savvy professional to represent our brand at luxury weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations throughout Fort Myers and Naples. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. As our on-site Event Team Lead, you will be responsible for setting up our illustration station approximately one hour before the event's cocktail hour, managing an iPad we provide and wireless printer we provide, and overseeing the guest illustration process from start to finish. Responsibilities include photographing guests, sending reference photos to our illustrators (working remotely or on-site), receiving completed digital fashion illustrations, printing, labeling, packaging, and displaying the finished artwork. You will also check in with the on-site wedding planner or event coordinator, coordinate with additional illustrators when present, and remain on-site throughout the scheduled service. Above all, you will serve as the welcoming face of Lexies Illustrations, ensuring guests feel comfortable, engaged, and excited about their personalized fashion illustrations. **This position requires excellent punctuality, organization, communication skills, technical confidence, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a polished, professional presence.** **No artistic experience required!** BONUS if you have experience with: Weddings or event coordination Photo booths or event entertainment Wireless printers, iPads, or technology Watercolor painting or Copic markers Approximately 6 upcoming events, with opportunities for growth.
