General Manager of Production

Patio Systems, Inc. is a growing outdoor living company specializing in custom patio enclosures, pergolas, motorized screens, and other outdoor living solutions. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven **General Manager of Production** to lead our Production and Service departments and ensure projects are completed efficiently, profitably, and to the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily operations of the Production and Service departments. * Lead, coach, and hold accountable Project Managers, Field Supervisors, Service Manager, and Production Coordinator. * Manage production scheduling, crew capacity, material coordination, and project timelines. * Ensure quality workmanship, jobsite readiness, safety, and customer satisfaction. * Monitor project profitability, labor costs, material expenses, and overall production performance. * Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions and process improvements. * Oversee warranty and service operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. * Establish clear performance expectations and develop a strong, accountable leadership team. * Communicate production updates, financial performance, and operational priorities directly to ownership. **Qualifications** * Proven leadership and management experience in construction, production, or field operations. * Experience managing multiple supervisors, crews, and concurrent projects. * Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills. * Understanding of job costing, budgeting, and project profitability. * Ability to interpret construction drawings, measurements, and material requirements. * Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills. * Proficiency with project management, scheduling, and CRM software. * A hands-on leadership approach with a strong focus on accountability, efficiency, and results. **Schedule** **Full-Time | Minimum 40 Hours Per Week** * Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM **Compensation & Benefits** Patio Systems, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Paid holidays * Paid Time Off (PTO), including vacation and sick/personal days * Health insurance with company contribution * Dental and vision insurance options * Opportunities for professional growth and development **Join Our Team!** If you're an experienced operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of results, and enjoys developing high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you! **Apply today to join Patio Systems, Inc.!** Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
