This established architectural practice has studios across NZ and is now looking to strengthen its Wellington team. With a broad project portfolio across commercial, industrial, education, public and residential and supportive national network, this is an opportunity to join a well-established practice while playing a key role locally. **The Role** Seeking an experienced Registered Architect ready to take the next step in your career. You will lead projects, manage client and consultant relationships, produce high-quality design and documentation, and represent the practice in meetings and on site. Importantly, you will also help grow the Wellington studio, with a genuine long-term opportunity to progress into studio and wider business leadership. **Role Requirements** * NZ Registered Architect, ideally with 4+ years post-registration experience * BArch, MArch or equivalent * Strong knowledge of the NZ construction industry and regulations * Strong Revit capability * Proven project leadership and client-facing experience * Strong design and technical documentation skills * Contract administration and site experience * Confident communicator with leadership potential * Proactive, self-motivated approach **What's in it for You?** This is a career opportunity rather than simply another project role.
