Senior Litigation Paralegal

Position: Senior Litigation Paralegal Job Type: Part-Time/25 hours a week Compensation: $35.00 per hour Location: Minneapolis, MN Schedule: Hybrid Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, case management, documentation preparation, and administrative legal support. Key Responsibilities: * Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, motions, and contracts. * Conduct legal research and summarize relevant statutes, regulations, and case law. * Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and litigation support. * Monitor court deadlines, filings, and scheduling requirements. * Communicate professionally with clients, courts, attorneys, and other parties. * Ensure that all legal documents are properly formatted, filed, and maintained. * Provide general administrative and operational support as needed. Qualifications * Minimum of 3-5 years of professional paralegal experience preferred. * Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. * Experience with legal research, drafting, and case management. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software. * Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines. * Familiarity with Minnesota court procedures and filing systems preferred.
