Operations Manager

Job Description Advanced Roofing and Exteriors is a trusted, family-owned roofing contractor serving the greater Charlotte area. Fully licensed and insured in North and South Carolina, we provide residential and commercial roofing services with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a driven individual to join to team. Typical tasks include, but are not limited to: * Work closely with salesmen and project managers to ensure all aspects of jobs are completed on time and under budget. * Purchasing material, scheduling installation crews, safety inspections and invoice verification. * Set schedule for service technicians, inspectors and delivery driver. * Attend weekly operations meeting. * Maintain sufficient inventory of shop materials. * Fleet maintenance and management. * Review and organize job related pictures. Ideal Candidate Qualifications * Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, subcontractors and suppliers. * Work respectfully with others * Work in a fast pace enviorment and the ability to multi-task. * Strong computer skills - Microsoft office and ability learn web-based systems. * Independent thinker and worker who can monitor activities on several jobs in various stages of completion and recall job specific details over the course of several days * A combination of management experience and/or prior roofing/construction experience * Ability to organize their own daily job responsibilities and prioritize tasks in an efficient and effective manner without constant direct supervision.
