We are focused on providing our talented employees with the resources they need to provide the best service possible to our clients.* **Roadway Lead (Civil Engineering)** **– Raleigh, NC** Parrish \& Partners is hiring a Roadway Lead with extensive project management experience to grow our Roadway department in North Carolina. This position is responsible for providing leadership to the department, including but not limited to project management, design production, staff supervision, and managing client relations. Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Civil Engineering * Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina * 12\+ years of experience with highway and transportation projects * Experience managing NCDOT projects * Proven ability to manage design teams, while providing technical direction, mentoring of design staff, and assisting with design plans when needed * Strong track record of providing deliverables on roadway projects within budget and on schedule * Experience with Open Roads Designer, MicroStation, and GEOPAK Benefits package includes: * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance with low premiums * 401(k) with profit sharing match * HSA with generous company contribution * Company paid short\-term disability * Company paid long\-term disability * Company paid life insurance * Vacation leave * Sick leave * Holidays *Established in 2013, Parrish \& Partners is a civil engineering firm specializing in highway, bridge, and airport projects.
