Geotechnical Site Engineer

**ConsultANZ** is looking for a **Geotechnical Site Engineer** join a leading geotechnical and ground improvement contractor in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer to work alongside experienced project teams and gain exposure to a variety of geotechnical and civil construction projects. * Permanent full\-time role. * $90\-100k \+ super \+ car allowance negotiable depending on experiences * Opportunity to work across a range of geotechnical and civil projects. **Main Duties:** * Assist with the planning and delivery of geotechnical and civil construction projects. * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, and site crews. * Monitor ground conditions and provide technical support during construction activities. * Assist with geotechnical investigations, site assessments, and field testing. * Coordinate earthworks, excavation, ground improvement, remediation, and other geotechnical construction activities. * Ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications. * Read and interpret geotechnical reports, engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline. * 2\+ years of experience in a Site Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer, or similar role. * Experience working on geotechnical, civil construction, earthworks, ground improvement, or related projects. * Understanding of soil and rock behaviour, earthworks, excavation, foundations, and ground conditions. * Experience with geotechnical investigations, field testing, or construction monitoring would be advantageous. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, geotechnical reports, specifications, and project plans. **Benefits:** * $90\-100k \+ super \+ car allowance negotiable depending on experiences. * Permanent full\-time position based in Brisbane. * Opportunity to work on a variety of geotechnical and civil infrastructure projects. * Long\-term career opportunities with an established contractor. **APPLY NOW** if interested or email **jane.lara@consultanz.com.au** to hear more about this opportunity. **REFER A FRIEND:** Was this opportunity not right for you?
