**English/Spanish \| 1099 Independent Contractor \| Work From Home** We are seeking bilingual English/Spanish independent contractors to provide remote customer service and sales support for a major cruise line. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, helping customers plan memorable experiences, and providing excellent service while working from home. As a Bilingual Cruise Customer Service \& Sales Representative, you will assist customers with cruise reservations, provide vacation recommendations, answer questions about their bookings, explain billing options, and help resolve customer concerns. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity that provides the flexibility to select your own schedule after training. What You'll Do * Assist customers with cruise bookings and vacation recommendations * Answer customer questions and address concerns in both English and Spanish * Explain billing processes and available options * Provide customer service and sales support throughout the booking process **Hours Available** This opportunity is best suited for contractors who are available to work during **weekday daytime hours**.
