Site Engineer/ Project Engineer

**ConsultANZ** is seeking a Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join a civil earthworks and roading project in Sydney. **Main Duties:** We are seeking motivated and experienced **Site Engineers** and **Project Engineers** to join our growing team delivering civil earthworks and roading projects across the Sydney. * Coordinate and supervise day\-to\-day site activities. * Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. * Prepare and review construction programs, methodologies, and work packs. * Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources. * Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards. * Assist with cost control, forecasting, and project reporting. * Review engineering drawings and specifications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 3\-5 years' experience as a Civil Engineer on civil earthworks and/or roading projects. * Demonstrated experience managing project delivery, including planning, procurement, cost control, and programme management. * Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating site teams and subcontractors. * Sound knowledge of Australian construction standards and safety requirements. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package based on experience.
