Their people are trusted to think, act and lead, with real ownership and support behind them, and there is a strong sense of belonging that lets everyone do their best work. **The opportunity** They are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Civil Designer to join their Brisbane office, reporting directly to the QLD Manager. You will own design delivery, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and play a part in the continued growth of the Queensland team. **The role** * Managing all design aspects of your projects, delivering on time and to standard * Producing detailed designs and documentation in 12D and AutoCAD * Regularly engaging with key clients and stakeholders * Applying a sound understanding of safety in design practices and processes **About you** * A relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering or equivalent * 7 to 10 years' industry experience (desirable) * Drainage experience (desirable) * Proficiency in 12D and AutoCAD * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in report writing * A track record of leading and delivering multiple projects * Excellent knowledge of the Queensland market, Australian Standards and Council design standards * A good understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards **What is on offer** * Flexible working * Ongoing professional development * Fortnightly lunch 'n' learns covering technical and personal development topics * A genuine focus on wellbeing * A social, welcoming culture with regularly scheduled events **Interested?** For a confidential conversation, contact Emma Ward at Capstone Recruitment emma@capstonerecruitment.com.au
