Our approach emphasizes individualized treatment, clinical collaboration, and continuity of care. We are expanding our therapy services and seeking dedicated, independently licensed mental health professionals to join our growing provider network. Position Overview We are seeking part-time Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide virtual outpatient therapy and counseling services to patients located throughout Texas. This opportunity is ideal for therapists interested in building a consistent part-time caseload while maintaining flexibility in their professional schedules. **Responsibilities** * Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling through secure telehealth appointments. * Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. * Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation. * Support patients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, adjustment difficulties, and other mental health concerns within the therapist's scope of competence. * Coordinate with HealNex psychiatric providers when clinically appropriate and with appropriate patient consent. * Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and applicable ethical standards. * Participate in necessary care coordination and referral activities. Qualifications * Active, unrestricted Texas LPC or LCSW license * Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy. * Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. * Comfortable delivering care through telehealth. * Familiarity with electronic health records. * Ability to maintain professional liability insurance. * NPI number and CAQH profile, or willingness to complete applicable credentialing requirements. * Experience with insurance-based outpatient care preferred. Compensation and Schedule * Proposed rate of **$50–$55 per hour** * Part-time opportunity with an anticipated caseload of **10–20 completed sessions per week**, depending on patient demand, credentialing, and therapist availability. * Flexible scheduling arrangements. * Fully remote patient care throughout Texas. * No required in-person patient appointments.
