IHG General Manager

Looking for a GM with proven experience. Should know basics of franchise hotel rules/regulations, expectations, and quality assurance processes. -Some, but not all, responsibilities include: -Design strategies to ensure total guest satisfaction. -Ensure highest standards of professional services to customers. -Initiate cost effective controls and revenue management techniques -Create brand image for the hotel -Develop day-to-day operations and functions of a hotel ensuring total guest satisfaction. -Maintain and manage hotel equipment, infrastructure, inventories and other facilities efficiently. Room Inspections, with Housekeeping and Maintenance daily QA on these departments are a must!
