Application Developer

**Position Responsibilities:** * Develop and support existing and new solutions implemented within the Microsoft technology stack * Install, support, and maintain third party software on a windows environment * Produce and maintain system and end user documentation * Provide and support continuous improvement on processes * Engage with end users on support matters, enhancement requests and gathering requirements for larger projects * Provide mentorship with other developers on the team * Ability to travel within the U.S. (approximately 10-15% of the time) * Other projects or duties as assigned **Required Skills and Experience:** * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or related field and 1 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience * Experience of 1 to 2 years with programming software applications and enhancements. * Experience of 1 to 2 years with .Net / C# programming for both batch and web platforms a must. * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server programming language and PowerShell **Preferred Skills and Experience:** * Bachelor’s Degree * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration, Microsoft IIS administration, Microsoft VB scripting is a plus * Javascript development within web forms. * Experience integrating with REST or SOAP API’s. * Basic understanding of JSON or XML formatting. * Secure FTP and encryption/decryption processing a plus. * Experience with Cloud DevOps or Microsoft Azure, developing in workflow systems, and IBM DB2 environment a plus.
