Clinical Pharmacist

**Role Overview** Seeking a motivated pharmacist to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and clinical services to diverse patients. Responsibilities include supervising workflow, ensuring medication accuracy, evaluating orders, and serving as a medication therapy resource. The role involves counseling patients, educating staff, and managing procurement, storage, and disposal of medications.
