**Title: - Teacher in Automotive / Motor Vehicle Body Panel repair** **Salary:** Upto £46606 Calling all Automotive / Vehicle Body repair Lecturers/Teachers, are you looking for your next challenge and an opportunity to improve the life chances of our learners. Of course we offer retail discounts, cycle to work, great holiday allowances and a Christmas saving club. **Here’s the standard bit:** You’ll be responsible for planning, delivering and developing teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles; taking responsibility for your quality of teaching and related curriculum development that meet learner needs, whilst assessing learners progress in College or on work experience and devise assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets. **What you’ll need** : - Enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2, you must have a Level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent). **Not essential but preferred** - Level 4 Teaching Qualification: Certificate in Education/ PGCE/Bachelor of Education or you are required to achieve Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent within 3 years of appointment, relevant assessment qualifications – IQA/A1/V1 and evidence of current Continuous Professional Development. **About us:** Tameside College has an excellent reputation and this is a real opportunity for you to make a difference in people’s lives.
