Social Media Manager

**Job Overview** As a Social Media Manager, you’ll shape how audiences discover and engage with a brand across social media platforms. You’ll plan social media marketing, create compelling content, and use social listening and analytics to guide decisions. Your impact: By turning audience insights into relevant content and timely communication, you’ll help customers find useful information and strengthen their connection with the brand. **What We're Looking For** * Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands. * Strong short-form video filming and editing skills. * Experience creating graphics and social media carousels. * Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends. * Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation. * Experience with influencer outreach, UGC creators, or brand collaborations. * Strong written communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable communicating with models, influencers, and skincare professionals. * Ability to manage direct messages and online community engagement. * Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines independently. * **NYC-based and available for scheduled on-site content filming.** Pay: From $1,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10018
