Registered Nurse Unit Manager **Full\-Time \| Day Shift \| $108,000–$118,000 per year** We are seeking an experienced **Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team as an Registered Nurse Unit Manager** . This is a full\-time day\-shift opportunity for a clinical leader who enjoys supporting staff, maintaining high standards of care, and making sure daily unit operations run smoothly. Position Overview The RN Unit Manager is responsible for the day\-to\-day clinical and operational oversight of the nursing unit. This position works closely with nursing staff, residents, families, and facility leadership to promote safe, consistent, high\-quality resident care. In This Role, You Will: * Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff while overseeing daily unit activities. * Ensure facility and employee policies and procedures are followed consistently. * Provide clinical direction, coaching, and mentorship to nurses and other members of the team. * Maintain appropriate standards of nursing care with a focus on resident safety and quality outcomes. * Review resident documentation and medical records to help ensure appropriate and effective care. * Complete case reviews and monitor compliance with individualized resident care plans. * Respond to resident and family questions, concerns, and needs with professionalism and compassion. * Monitor inventory and ensure the unit has adequate medical and nursing supplies. * Partner with upper management to communicate unit needs, resolve challenges, and improve operations. * Help foster a positive, collaborative environment for both residents and staff.
