Job description from the source

**Part-Time Contract Position | Idaho | Primarily Remote** **$75–$100 per hour | Approximately 4–6 hours per month initially** About What About Me Community Services What About Me Community Services, LLC (WAM) was built around a simple question: **What about me?** Too often, people are left behind because the systems designed to help them are complicated, fragmented, or difficult to navigate. WAM is an Idaho-based organization developing person-centered, culturally responsive behavioral-health services, beginning with **Idaho Medicaid Case Management**. We are building carefully from the beginning—with strong documentation, accountability, ethical practice, and meaningful follow-through. The Opportunity WAM is seeking an experienced **Idaho-licensed behavioral-health professional** to serve as our Clinical Supervisor as we prepare to launch Medicaid Case Management services. This is a small role initially, but an important one. We are not looking for someone simply to sign paperwork. We want a clinician who is comfortable providing meaningful supervision, consultation, documentation review, and guidance while helping a developing organization establish strong clinical and compliance practices. Responsibilities The Clinical Supervisor will support WAM through activities such as: * Providing required clinical supervision and consultation to Case Management staff * Reviewing selected documentation and client records for quality and compliance * Consulting regarding complex cases, professional boundaries, ethics, safety, and service planning * Supporting person-centered and strengths-based service delivery * Identifying documentation or practice concerns and recommending corrective action * Assisting with clinical policies, procedures, and quality-assurance processes * Supporting appropriate documentation of medical necessity and service-plan alignment when applicable * Maintaining appropriate supervision and consultation records * Helping identify training and professional-development needs * Supporting culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices * Participating in payer, credentialing, audit, or compliance activities when Clinical Supervisor involvement is required * Providing clinical consultation as WAM responsibly evaluates future behavioral-health services The Clinical Supervisor will **not be expected to manage WAM's routine business operations or maintain a regular client caseload** unless separately agreed upon. Qualifications Required * Current and unrestricted applicable **Idaho professional license** * Education, licensure, experience, and professional standing sufficient to meet applicable Idaho Medicaid and Idaho Behavioral Health Plan supervisory requirements * Ability to operate within the individual's professional scope of practice * Behavioral-health experience * Strong understanding of clinical documentation, ethics, professional boundaries, and quality assurance * Ability to provide reliable consultation and supervision Strongly Preferred * Idaho Medicaid experience * Idaho Behavioral Health Plan / Magellan experience * Experience supervising community-based behavioral-health or Case Management services * Experience with Medicaid documentation, audits, utilization review, or compliance * Experience helping develop or improve behavioral-health programs * Familiarity with culturally responsive services and underserved populations **Final supervisory eligibility will be verified against current Idaho licensing, Idaho Medicaid, Gainwell, and Magellan requirements before engagement.** Schedule This role is expected to begin at approximately **4–6 hours per month**, depending on caseload and organizational needs. Activities may include: * Scheduled supervision * Case consultation * Documentation/chart review * Quality-assurance review * Compliance consultation * Additional consultation when clinically necessary The position is **primarily remote**, with scheduling flexibility. Hours may increase gradually as WAM grows. Compensation **$75–$100 per hour** Compensation within the range will depend on: * Professional qualifications * Relevant supervisory experience * Idaho Medicaid/Magellan experience * Availability * Scope of responsibilities * Final supervision arrangement The position is anticipated to be structured as an independent contractor engagement, subject to final contract terms and appropriate worker-classification review. Who We Hope to Find This may be a good fit if you: * Enjoy helping build programs correctly from the beginning * Care about both people and good documentation * Believe compliance and compassionate care should work together * Are comfortable identifying problems and recommending solutions * Want to help a small organization grow responsibly * Value practical, person-centered services for people who are often overlooked by complicated systems WAM intends to grow carefully rather than quickly. The Clinical Supervisor will have an opportunity to help establish the foundation for how that growth occurs. **What About Me Community Services, LLC** **Boise, Idaho** Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 – 6.0 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
