**Site Manager (Housing)** **Dalkey,South Dublin** **€90\-100k \+ Bonus, Transport/Car Allowance** Required for a well\-established residential developer undertaking 20\+ luxury houses in Dalkey, South Dublin commencing shortly. **Role** * Manage all on\-site construction activities from site setup through to project completion. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour. * Ensure work is completed to programme and quality standards. * Monitor progress and produce regular site reports. * Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. * Conduct site inspections and quality checks. * Manage site logistics, materials, and deliveries. * Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and utility providers. * Resolve technical and operational issues on site. * Ensure compliance with building regulations and warranty provider requirements.
