Business Development Manager

**Job Summary** As a Business Development Manager, you’ll identify growth opportunities, build trusted client relationships, and guide prospects from first conversation through deal closing. You’ll partner across sales, marketing, and delivery teams to shape practical strategies and expand the client base. Your impact: By connecting client needs with the right solutions, you help customers achieve their goals and support sustainable business growth. **Responsibilities** * Develop and execute business development and strategic plans, including prospecting and enterprise selling. * Manage the sales process from outreach and client communication through sales negotiation and deal closing. * Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to strengthen customer relationship management. * Use Salesforce, Salesforce Cloud, and other customer relationship management (CRM) software to track opportunities, maintain accurate records, and support forecasting. * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and project teams; share insights and provide team leadership as needed. **Qualifications** * Experience in business development management, sales, strategic management, or a related field; client base expansion experience is preferred. * Demonstrated relationship management, negotiation, and client communication skills. * Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM system, plus Microsoft Office. * Strong strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Ability to manage priorities, develop client opportunities, and move complex sales toward close.
