Responsibilities include: * Providing skilled therapy interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist * Implementing individualized treatment plans * Addressing strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional needs * Monitoring resident progress and response to treatment * Educating residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies * Communicating resident progress and concerns to the supervising PT * Completing timely and accurate documentation * Collaborating with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team * Providing compassionate, resident-centered care **What We're Looking For** * Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license * License in good standing with applicable licensing boards and regulatory agencies * LTC/SNF, geriatric, or post-acute experience preferred, but not required * Net Health experience is a plus * Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative therapy team * Passion for helping residents maintain mobility, function, and independence Ready to Learn More?
