Business Analyst - IT & SaaS Platform

**Responsibilities** * Drive business outcomes by managing a product end\-to\-end, from problem definition through release and continuous improvement. * Interview stakeholders and users to understand the problem space and define clear problem statements. * Develop proposals to justify resource allocation and secure funding. * Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress. * Identify hypotheses, develop product strategies, and define initiatives to achieve product outcomes. * Create product roadmaps and work with the team to ensure timely achievement of goals. * Collaborate with designers and software engineers to develop, test, and release products. * Measure outcomes and continuously improve the product to drive results. * Engage with and support users to drive product adoption. **Experience \& Skills** * Proven track record of driving business outcomes. * End\-to\-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to effectively manage senior\-level stakeholders. * Ability to work independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines. * Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is a plus. * Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field is a plus. * Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
