Marketing & Content Manager

Bushnell Motorsports Park is a high\-energy karting facility located in Bushnell, Florida. We are a family\-run business that has built a loyal customer base by treating people like family and delivering a race experience unlike anything else in the state. We are looking for a Marketing \& Content Manager who is creative, organized, and self\-directed. This is not a role where you wait for someone to tell you what to do next. You will own our entire marketing presence — from the content on our social media to the emails in our customers’ inboxes to the performance of our YouTube channel. You will be responsible for growing our audience, driving customers through our doors, and creating a new revenue stream through YouTube monetization and affiliate sales. The main role would be for Bushnell Motorsports Park, but we also house several brands under BMP that will fall into this position as well. What you produce will be seen by thousands of people. It needs to be accurate, on\-brand, professional, and genuinely good — not just checked boxes. What You'll Own * Social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube— content creation, scheduling, community management, and growth **Short and long\-form video content: Reels, YouTube videos, Shorts, event coverage** Email marketing campaigns — writing, designing, and scheduling announcements, promotions, and seasonal campaigns **Meta advertising — campaign setup, targeting, creative, and optimization** Website maintenance — WordPress updates, event listings, blog content, and basic SEO **Graphic design — social assets, flyers, signage, merchandise mockups, and branded materials across all three brands** Affiliate outreach — identifying and contacting creators, influencers, and partners relevant to the motorsports and adrenaline lifestyle **Sponsorship outreach — building relationships with business sponsors for in\-facility, social, and YouTube placements** Monthly analytics reporting — tracking performance across all platforms and presenting results to ownership **Photography and content capture at events and regular track sessions** What We're Looking For Required: * Proven track record managing social media accounts that actually grew — we want to see results, not just activity **Strong writing skills across multiple formats: captions, emails, blog posts, scripts, product descriptions** Graphic design Proficiency **Video editing experience — comfortable both capturing footage and editing it** Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while keeping each one's voice distinct **Highly organized and self\-directed — this role has many moving parts and you will own your own schedule** Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager **Experience with WordPress, email marketing platforms, and YouTube channel management** Experience with influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, or sponsorship sales **Understanding of YouTube monetization and growth strategy** A genuine plus: * You love motorsports, racing culture, or the adrenaline lifestyle.
