1099 Salesforce Senior Admin, Independent Contractor Only, (Must be 2 hours within EDT)

This is a 1099 engagement for an independent Salesforce professional. Because we're a consultancy, we can't consider candidates currently employed by or subcontracting for another Salesforce partner or consultancy. You'll need availability for client and team meetings during business hours (roughly 9\-5 EDT), so this role isn't a fit for someone with a full\-time day job. We are seeking a highly skilled **Salesforce Senior Admin** to assist in helping create integrations with ERPs and data migrations. (Must work within 2 hours of EDT) **Key Responsibilities:** * Work with an architect and implement integrations to ERPs, and data migrations into Salesforce. * Design and implement custom solutions using platform features including **custom objects and flows**. * User management, system configuration and customization, workflow automation, security, analytics and reporting, and support and training. * Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Maintain and optimize Salesforce **data models, security settings, and permissions**. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications. * Follow Salesforce best practices and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. **Required Qualifications:** * Minimum of **5\*** years\* of total working experience * Strong knowledge of **Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud**. * Experience with **Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and governor limits**. * Salesforce certifications: **Salesforce Certified Admin or Advanced Admin Certification**. * Understanding of **unit testing** for Salesforce applications. **Nice\-to\-have Experience:** * Knowledge of how to publish to platform events from the REST API a plus * Hands\-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware solutions. Pay: $60\.00 \- $85\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
