**Key Requirements** * 3+ years’ experience in investment research, fund analysis or a related role. * Understanding of investment strategies, financial markets and risk analysis. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. * Familiarity with financial research tools; programming skills are an advantage. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, curious and able to work independently and as part of a team
