Intermediate Accountant (2-4 Years)

As an Intermediate Accountant, you’ll work closely with senior team members and Partners, gaining exposure to a broad range of work including: * Preparation of financial statements and tax returns * Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting * Client advisory and business structuring support * Assistance with transactions (business sales/purchases) * Liaising directly with clients, stakeholders and the ATO * Supporting and mentoring junior team members * Managing workflow and WIP to meet deadlines You’ll be trusted with real responsibility and supported every step of the way. **What We’re Looking For** * 2–4 years’ experience in public practice (essential) * CA or CPA (completed or in progress) * Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge * Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset * High attention to detail and strong analytical skills * A proactive attitude and desire to grow your career **Why Join MJC Partners?** We know good people have options.
