Simultaneously, act as the Group's key supply chain interface in China, effectively supporting the global procurement strategy and project implementation of the German headquarters. 主要职责 / Key Responsibilities 1. 采购管理 / Procurement Management * 负责合肥工厂及分公司全品类采购，包括化工原料、PET/ABS薄膜、包装材料、生产设备及工程服务等。 Responsible for full-category procurement for the Hefei plant and branch offices, including chemical raw materials, PET/ABS film, packaging materials, production equipment, and engineering services etc. * 负责供应商的开发、评估、认证与全周期绩效管理，建立并维护优质供应商资源池。 Responsible for supplier development, evaluation, qualification, and full-cycle performance management, establishing and maintaining a pool of qualified suppliers. * 主导价格谈判与合同签订，严格执行采购计划，达成年度降本目标。 Lead price negotiations and contract signing, strictly execute procurement plans, and achieve annual cost-saving targets. * 监控供应商交付、质量与成本表现，及时处理供应异常，保障生产连续性。 Monitor supplier performance in delivery, quality, and cost, promptly address supply exceptions, and ensure production continuity. * 管理重大设备采购与工程项目，组织技术评标与商务谈判，并负责从合同签订到安装验收的全过程跟进。 Manage major equipment procurement and engineering projects, organize technical and commercial bid evaluations, and oversee the entire process from contract signing to installation and acceptance. * 定期分析采购数据与市场行情，持续优化采购策略与库存水平。 Regularly analyze procurement data and market trends to continuously optimize procurement strategies and inventory levels. 2. 物流管理 / Logistics Management * 全面管理进出口物流，确保化工品等货物的合规申报、高效清关与安全运输。 Oversee import and export logistics comprehensively, ensuring compliant declaration, efficient customs clearance, and safe transportation of goods, especially chemicals. * 优化国内运输与仓储管理体系，有效控制物流成本，提升仓储与配送运作效率。 Optimize the domestic transportation and warehouse management system to effectively control logistics costs and improve warehouse and distribution operational efficiency. * 识别并管理物流环节的潜在风险，制定并维护应急预案。 Identify and manage potential risks in logistics links, developing and maintaining contingency plans. 3. 全球采购支持 / Global Procurement Support * 根据德国总部及全球业务的采购需求，在中国市场进行供应商寻源、筛选与综合评估。 Conduct supplier sourcing, screening, and comprehensive evaluation in the Chinese market based on the procurement needs of the German headquarter and global operations. * 协助总部与潜在供应商进行议价谈判，并提供本地化的商务、法规与运营支持，推动全球采购项目顺利落地。 Assist the headquarter in price negotiations with potential suppliers and provide localized commercial, regulatory, and operational support to facilitate the smooth implementation of global procurement projects. 任职要求 / Qualifications * 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、化工、机械、物流或相关专业。 Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * 8年以上供应链领域经验，其中至少3年在外资制造企业独立管理采购与物流团队。 Minimum 8 years of experience in the supply chain field, with at least 3 years independently managing procurement and logistics teams in a foreign-invested manufacturing enterprise. * 精通直接物料采购，具备扎实的进出口物流操作经验，熟悉化工品相关法规。 Proficient in direct material procurement with solid hands-on experience in import/export logistics operations, familiar with regulations related to chemicals. * 具备出色的中英文书面与口语沟通能力，能适应跨文化工作环境下的高效协作与汇报。 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of effective collaboration and reporting in a cross-cultural work environment. * 熟练运用SAP等ERP系统进行日常操作与数据分析。 Proficient in using SAP or other ERP systems for daily operations and data analysis. * 必须具备高度的职业操守和诚信，能够秉持公平、公正、透明的原则开展工作。 Must possess high professional ethics and integrity, capable of conducting work with fairness, impartiality, and transparency. 优先考虑 / Preferred Qualifications * 拥有化工、新材料或高端制造业供应链管理背景。 Experience in supply chain management within the chemical, new materials, or high-end manufacturing industries. * 熟悉安徽及长三角地区的产业与物流资源网络。 Familiar with the industrial and logistics resource network in Anhui and the Yangtze River Delta region. * 具备供应链数字化项目（如SAP新模块实施）的推进经验。 Experience in driving supply chain digitalization projects (e.g., SAP new module implem
