Training Specialist

**Role Description** This full-time, on-site Training Specialist role at El Shawwa Trading Group is based in Qesm El Maadi. The Training Specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support employee performance and business objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating training materials and presentations, facilitating classroom and on-the-job learning sessions, and providing ongoing coaching to team members. The role also involves tracking training attendance and outcomes, maintaining training records, and recommending improvements based on feedback and performance data. The Training Specialist will collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, practical, and aligned with company standards. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and effective written communication. * Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills, with experience delivering workshops, coaching sessions, and structured learning programs. * Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills, including the ability to create training materials, curricula, and assessments tailored to learner needs. * Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal and external stakeholders and respond professionally to training-related inquiries. * Candidates should ideally have prior experience in a training, L&D, or HR-related role, preferably in a commercial or retail environment. * Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and presentation software. * A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is beneficial; additional training certifications are an advantage.
