Construction Project Manager/Estimator

**Overview** As a Construction Project Manager/Estimator, you’ll shape projects from early cost planning through construction and closeout. You’ll prepare estimates, coordinate schedules and teams, and keep budgets, contracts, plans, and regulatory requirements aligned. Your work will help deliver complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects with clear communication and disciplined project controls. **Responsibilities** * Prepare construction estimates by reviewing plans, schematics, specifications, site conditions, and contracts. * Develop and coordinate project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, procurement, and project documentation. * Lead project teams and coordinate owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to resolve issues and maintain progress. * Monitor construction activities for quality, safety, schedule, budget, and compliance with applicable construction regulations. * Your impact: Accurate estimates and coordinated project delivery help clients and field teams make informed decisions and complete work safely and efficiently. **Skills** * Experience in construction, including construction site experience; commercial construction experience and experience managing complex infrastructure projects are valuable. * Knowledge of construction estimating, construction management, project management, cost management, construction budget management, project leadership, project coordination, and construction schedule coordination. * Ability to read construction plans, blueprints, and schematics; familiarity with construction regulations and construction regulatory compliance. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management or project management software. Relevant tools may include ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, Primavera P6, Prolog, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid. * Strong time management and communication skills; experience managing teams in a construction management role and coordinating construction scheduling.
