We’re currently looking for an Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing team in Sheffield. The role will involve working on a range of residential and commercial development projects, with a focus on highways and drainage design. Key responsibilities: * Designing highways and drainage infrastructure for residential and commercial developments * Designing drainage systems, including SuDS * Highway design including S38, S278 and S104 * External works and site level design * Preparing technical drawings and schedules * Working with clients, consultants and other project team members * Managing your own workload and working to project deadlines * Supporting and mentoring junior engineers where required * Working towards Chartered status where applicable Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering or a related subject * Experience in infrastructure design * Experience with residential development projects * Strong highways and drainage design experience * Experience with S38, S278 and S104 * Experience using software such as AutoCAD, PDS, Site3D, FLOW and MicroDrainage/Windes * Chartered or working towards Chartered status with ICE is desirable
