Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with Michigan Board of Pharmacy regulations. * Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescriptions. * Provide patient counseling and medication consultations. * Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff. * Maintain accurate prescription records and inventory. * Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal pharmacy laws. * Build and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the community. * Help develop strategies to increase prescription volume and support pharmacy growth. * Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-focused pharmacy environment. Qualifications * Active, unrestricted Michigan Pharmacist License. * Eligible to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge in Michigan. * Experience in retail or independent pharmacy preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Knowledge of pharmacy operations, insurance billing, and regulatory compliance. * Ability to work independently and manage daily pharmacy responsibilities. * Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term professional growth.
