In this role, you will play a key part in guiding clients through the personal injury claims process while coordinating case workflows, communicating with clients and legal professionals, and ensuring each case is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care. You will also assist with investigations, maintain organized case files, and help move cases toward successful resolution. They are committed to professional development and provide **opportunities for growth and advancement** for individuals looking to build a long\-term career in the legal field. **Responsibilities** * Must have prior experience as a case manager in a personal injury pre\-litigation firm * Must be able to manage personal injury cases during the pre\-litigation phase * Must be able to manage a high\-volume caseload independently * Must be able to explain insurance coverage, medical treatment, and property damage issues to clients * Work with insurance adjusters regarding claims, coverage, and settlement discussions * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates * Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment * Communicate with medical providers * Must be detail\-oriented, proactive, and client\-focused mindset * Must maintain organized case files and track deadlines Pay: $24\.00 \- $40\.00 per hour Benefits: * Free parking * Health insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid sick time * Paid time off Work Location: In person
