Paralegal Senior

**Role Overview:** This position focuses on managing warranty or "lemon law" litigation, primarily in California, addressing increasing legal cases and workload. The paralegal collaborates with in\-house attorneys and outside counsel to handle case evaluations, draft legal documents, and manage documentation such as correspondence, reports, and court filings. Key responsibilities include reviewing case reports, strategizing case progression or resolution, negotiating settlements, and coordinating settlement documentation. **Qualifications \& Skills:** Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably with a paralegal certification from an ABA\-approved program. A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in corporate law or litigation, especially with California Lemon Law cases, is required.
