**Part\-Qualified Management Accountant** **Dublin West \| €50,000–€55,000 \| Fixed\-Term Contract** Kennedy \& Partners Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Part\-Qualified Management Accountant to join the finance team of a well\-established and highly reputable organisation in Dublin. This is a broad, hands\-on role offering excellent exposure across management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and month\-end reporting. **The Role** Responsibilities will include: * Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting month\-end close * Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis * Balance sheet reconciliations and account reviews * Financial analysis and preparation of management information * Supporting reporting across the wider business * Working closely with finance and operational stakeholders * Assisting with ongoing improvements to finance processes and reporting **The Person** We’re looking for someone who: * Is Part\-Qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA, or working towards a recognised accounting qualification * Has previous management accounting or broader industry finance experience * Is comfortable working with reconciliations, month\-end and financial analysis * Has strong Excel skills and good attention to detail * Can work independently while contributing to a wider finance team This would particularly suit someone looking to strengthen their management accounting experience within a recognised organisation and gain broader commercial finance exposure.
