If you can balance business performance with an unforgettable customer experience, you might be our perfect match. **What You’ll Do:** ✨ **Lead a Rockstar Team** – Train and motivate crew members to deliver amazing service (and perfect cookies every time). ✨ **Own the “3 C’s”** – Cookie Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness—non-negotiable standards for every shift. ✨ **Keep Things Running Smoothly** – Manage schedules, inventory, cost controls, and health/safety compliance. ✨ **Be Hands-On** – Spend most of your time on the floor, leading by example during the busiest hours. **What You Bring:** ✔ **5+ years management experience** (bakery, café, QSR or hospitality). ✔ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. ✔ Ability to thrive and hustle in a fast-paced, high-energy environment ✔ TX Food handlers Manager Certification Schedule: Part-time (25 - 40hrs/week) including evenings and weekends.
