Revenue Manager

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is looking for an experienced Multi Hotel Revenue Manager to join our team and help drive revenue performance across our New Zealand hotel portfolio. In this role, you’ll use pricing, forecasting, inventory management and market insights to maximise revenue and profitability. You’ll monitor demand, booking trends and competitor activity, adjust strategies as needed, and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to support strong commercial performance. The role would be ideally based in Queenstown but we will consider candidates who are Christchurch or Auckland based. **What we’re looking for:** * Experience in hotel revenue management or a related hospitality commercial role * Strong forecasting, pricing and inventory management skills * Confidence working with PMS, CRS, revenue systems and Excel * A good understanding of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and market trends * Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills * The ability to turn data into practical commercial decisions * Multi-property experience would be an advantage * Eligibility to work in New Zealand If you’re commercially minded, enjoy working with data and want to make an impact across a diverse hotel portfolio, we’d love to hear from you.
