Senior / Civil & Structural Engineer

**About our client** Our client is a global leader in the design, engineering and construction of high-tech facilities – semiconductor fabs, data centres, life sciences/pharma and battery plants. Due to a strong pipeline of new projects, they are expanding their Singapore engineering team with **8 Civil & Structural Engineers** (Engineer and Senior levels). **Key Responsibilities** * Involved in all aspects of design and construction management of civil & structural systems for industrial facility buildings * Assist in the design of reinforced concrete, steel and precast structures * Assist Project Managers to deliver projects within budget, schedule and quality * Prepare, issue and evaluate tender packages * Coordinate with Architectural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines and Quantity Surveyors * Address site issues related to design; liaise with consultants and subcontractors * Manage timely submissions and approvals from local authorities **Requirements** * **Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only** * Degree in Civil Engineering * Engineer: at least 3–5 years of design and construction experience; Senior Engineer: at least 10 years * Experience in industrial buildings with precast and long-span roof trusses; EPC experience in semiconductor, data centre or pharma projects is a strong advantage * Site experience in piling, sub-structure and super-structure works (RC, steel and precast) * Experience checking shop drawings for precast and steel structures; able to do detailed design and provide details to the CAD team * Knowledge of structural design software such as STAAD-Pro, Prokon, Orion * Excellent English communication; flexible to work at HQ (West Singapore) and project sites islandwide **What's on offer** * Basic salary SGD 5,000 – 8,000 per month (depending on level and experience) * Fixed 13th-month salary * Gratuity bonus equivalent to 1 month's basic salary after every 12 months of service * Medical and dental coverage; 15 days annual leave * Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm, onsite **How to apply** Apply via LinkedIn or send your CV with current salary, expected salary and notice period to **tony.phantin@gmail.com** .
