Logistics Coordinator

**Required Qualifications:** * High school diploma/GED or equivalent education and experience. * 1\+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, dispatch, freight coordination, customer service, or a related field preferred. * Bilingual proficiency in English and a second language required; Spanish preferred unless otherwise specified by the client. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Customer service and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to coordinate shipments, communicate with customers and carriers/vendors, and manage multiple tasks. * Basic mathematical skills, including rates, percentages, and calculations. * Ability to use computers and learn ERP/logistics systems; experience with TruckMate or similar transportation management systems is a plus. * Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and follow\-through. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Reliable, punctual, professional, and comfortable working in a moderately noisy environment. * Ability to work Monday\-Friday, 7:00 AM\-3:30 PM, with overtime as required. * Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
