This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with product owners, data and analytics specialists and technology teams to shape how data‑driven insights are delivered to colleagues and clients. You will have exposure to a broad range of stakeholders across regions and solution lines, and the chance to influence how products evolve over time through continuous improvement, optimisation and innovation in a truly global, agile environment. **Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success** * Experienced in analysing and documenting end‑to‑end business process flows, applying Business Analysis methodologies, methods and approaches in a practical and structured way. * Capable of translating business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories, and developing solutions that balance business value, feasibility, risk and cost. * Adaptable to a dynamic business environment, highly organised, and committed to continuous improvement and excellence, with strong written skills and attention to detail. * Comfortable working with stakeholders and partners to prioritise requirements, manage scope and coordinate deployment and testing activities. **Qualifications / Skills & Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into requirements. * Proficiency in using standard Business Analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria). * Comfortable working with partners to prioritise requirements and manage scope. * Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work while contributing to team outcomes. **How We Support Our Colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
