Paralegal

Coral Gables law office seeks a full time bilingual (English and Spanish) paralegal/legal secretary. We specialize in Personal Injury and Family Law. Experience in those fields is preferred, but, at a minimum, candidate must have experience in litigation. E\-filing and E\-scheduling knowledge is required. Candidate must be detailed oriented, dependable, organized, efficient, self\-motivated, punctual, able to take initiative, be able to multi\-task, professional, good phone skills, and computer savvy. Bi\-lingual is a must. Notary is a plus. We allow some remote work but in office work is required in beginning. Primary duties include: * E\-File pleadings with the Court and E\-Serve opposing counsel; * Schedule hearings(online and by calling judicial assistants); * Schedule depositions and mediations (Coordinating with other parties, court reporter, etc) * Maintain and update office calendar; * Organize and maintain client files. * General legal secretarial duties. * Perform related office duties. There are no health insurance benefits at this time but we can cover part of private health insurance. Opportunity for bonuses. Parking is provided. We do offer retirement plan benefits too.
