Human Resources Manager

**Overview** We are a leading provider of ammonia refrigeration systems, committed to operational excellence, sustainable growth, and a collaborative workplace culture. We are seeking a strategic and detail\-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, employee relations, and payroll administration. This role requires hands\-on experience with Vista and ADP for processing payroll, and a strong understanding of HR compliance and best practices. **Responsibilities** * Administer payroll using Vista and ADP * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws * Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution * Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes * Maintain accurate HRIS records and support audits * Collaborate with Finance on payroll reconciliation and reporting * Update and enforce HR policies and procedures **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field * 5\+ years of HR experience, including payroll administration * Proficiency in **Vista and ADP** * Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience with Vista and ADP payroll systems.
