Project Manager

**About The Group** This group are a well known developer/builder that deliver mixed use apartment and commercial developments and have been in operation for over 30 years. They are about to commence a $35 mil apartment project and are looking for a Project Manager to deliver the project. **About The Role** Reporting to a Construction Manager you will be responsible for the following * Management of construction program * Prepare monthly financial cost reports to the Directors. * Design Management and consultant management. * Management of project team consisting of site staff and contract administrator and project coordinator. * Oversee contract management of sub-contractors and suppliers **About You** You will ideally have delivered a new build commercial/apartment project as a Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator/Assistant PM.
