Our team values integrity, consistency, accountability, respect, kindness, teamwork, and a willingness to keep learning. We call this commitment to professionalism and personal growth “Cultivate Character.” **About the Position** Amerimax Pest Management is hiring a dependable, personable, and highly organized Office Manager to support our customers, technicians, and growing office operations. As the position and company grow, the role is expected to transition into managing other team members in the office based on performance and business needs. This is an important customer\-facing position. You will often be the first person a customer speaks with, so we are looking for someone who communicates confidently, listens carefully, follows through, and helps customers feel that they are in capable hands. Previous office, customer service, sales, door\-to\-door, or pest control experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates strong character, dependability, initiative, and a genuine desire to help people. **Primary Responsibilities** *Customer Service and Communication* * Answer incoming customer calls, texts, emails, and website inquiries promptly and professionally * Listen carefully to customer concerns and ask appropriate questions to understand their needs * Explain Amerimax services, preparation instructions, pricing, agreements, and company policies using approved and accurate information * Avoid guessing about services, warranties, pricing, or policies and confirm information when necessary * Respond calmly and respectfully to questions, complaints, and schedule changes * Follow up with customers after service and ensure concerns are properly documented and resolved * Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication, kindness, and consistent follow\-through *Scheduling and Technician Support* * Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel pest management appointments * Coordinate technician schedules, routes, and daily service changes * Communicate customer notes, access instructions, service concerns, and follow\-up needs to technicians * Help technicians maintain efficient routes and complete scheduled work * Review appointments and records for missing or inaccurate information * Assist documentation for accuracy before closing or updating accounts * Help prepare customer communications, reports, service documents, and internal materials *Billing and Administrative Support* * Process customer payments and assist with routine billing questions * Support invoicing and payment follow\-up * Correct missing or inaccurate job numbers, purchase\-order details, and invoice information * Resubmit invoices or supporting documentation when needed * Assist with basic QuickBooks\-related office and billing processes * Help prepare county, regulatory, and product\-usage reports * Maintain organized digital files and protect confidential customer, employee, and company information * Assist ownership with general administrative, HR, payroll\-support, and office tasks *Sales, Retention, and Growth* * Follow up with prospective customers and help turn qualified inquiries into scheduled inspections or services * Make reminder, retention, renewal, and follow\-up calls as assigned * Organized, detail\-oriented, and committed to accurate documentation * Comfortable learning new software and working with computers, email, calendars, and online systems * Able to work independently from home while remaining responsive and accountable * Able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of customer commitments * Willing to ask questions rather than provide customers with uncertain or inaccurate information * Able to accept feedback, learn from mistakes, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities * Able to commute to our Logan office approximately once per week initially and regularly after the position transitions onsite * Reliable internet access and an appropriate, distraction\-controlled workspace during remote hours * Authorized to work in the United You answer customers promptly, communicate clearly, maintain accurate records, keep commitments, and help technicians complete their work efficiently. You take ownership of problems, remain professional under pressure, and treat customers and coworkers with respect. During the first 30 days, you will focus on learning Amerimax’s services, customer communication standards, FieldRoutes, scheduling procedures, and core office processes. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will take greater ownership of scheduling, customer follow\-up, billing support, reporting, and office operations. **Amerimax Core Values** **1\. Driven By Faith** The future opens to those who act. We believe faith is one of the most powerful principles in life. Faith gives courage when certainty is missing, hope when challenges arise, and strength to take the next step before the full path is clear. Because of that, faith stands as a foundation of everything we do, turning obstacles into growth and ordinary effort into meaningful progress. Guided by faith, we move forward with confidence, knowing the future belongs to those willing to act. **2\. Cultivate Character** We do what’s right, especially when it’s hard. We stick to our standards. We tell the truth, keep our word, and choose integrity even when no one is watching. We do not cut corners, hide mistakes, or take the easy path at the expense of what is right. Trust is hard to earn and easy to lose, so we protect it fiercely. We don’t do anything that would embarrass ourselves, our team, or our family. **3\. Master the Mundane** Daily bricks become walls. We believe greatness is rarely built in one dramatic moment—it is built through consistent effort over time. We understand that small actions, repeated faithfully, lead to powerful outcomes. We do the little things well, even when they seem unnoticed or ordinary. We trust the process, honor routines, and stay committed to the habits that move us forward. While others chase bursts of motivation, we rely on discipline and daily progress. Great things are brought to pass by small and simple things, done again and again. **4\. Protect Joy** No one gets to take our joy Life is hard enough without carrying unnecessary bitterness, drama, or discouragement. We choose joy, gratitude, and perspective. We do not give other people the power to steal our attitude, peace, or purpose. We stay steady, hopeful, and thankful. **5\. Honor the Hustle** *Effort earns what comfort never can.* We believe work is more than a task—it is what gives shape to our days, strength to our character, and honor to our lives. It is the means by which we provide for our families, sharpen our skills, and build confidence. Confidence is not a spark; it is a slow\-burning fire fueled by the repetition of success. Satisfaction of success doesn't come from the goal itself, but from the mastery of repetition. While many seek the easy path, we know that meaningful growth can be found in the struggle. Hard work and sacrifice are not burdens—they are tools by which great people are made. **6\. Own It** No blame. No excuses. We take responsibility for our work, our choices, and our results. That means we own our problems, show initiative in the details, and take pride in the outcome. We reject a victim mindset, because owning it gives us more power than blame or excuses ever will. We step up, make decisions, solve problems, and lead where we stand. **7\. Keep Your Word** If you say it, do it. Your word means something. We show up when we say we will, follow through on what we promise, and communicate honestly when things change. Dependability is not built in big moments—it is built every day through consistency and follow through. **8\. Remain Reachable** Feet down. Eyes up. We appreciate what we have without losing the desire to grow. We stay grateful for opportunities, hard lessons, victories, and the people who helped us along the way, while also being eager to build something better tomorrow. Success does not make us arrogant, and progress does not make us satisfied. We keep our feet on the ground and our eyes on what’s next. We celebrate wins with humility, learn constantly, and keep climbing with gratitude in our hearts. **9\. See The Person** The person is more important than the problem Every person matters. Clients are not transactions, team members are not tools. We look beyond the task, complaint, or job title and remember the human being in front of us. We remember names, listen well, and strive to be consistent in relationships. Some of the most important relationships are those at home. Families matter, and we work to build a company that supports and honors them. We aim to build trust, lift burdens, and leave others better than we found them. Here, people are not in the way—they are the reason we exist. **10\. We are a Team** We play for the name on the front, not the back. We believe the strongest teams accomplish what no individual can. We are not just employees—we are teammates, united by a shared mission and working together the way great teams do: trusting one another, communicating clearly, and sacrificing for the win. We pull in one direction, put the mission above personal ego, and know every role matters. We share credit freely, celebrate wins together, and when one person is down, we rally around them. We do not gossip or divide. Problems go up. Praise goes around. We go farther, faster, and stronger when we move as one. **How to Apply** Please submit your resume through Indeed.
