**Design & Build** are currently seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to join a well-established Melbourne-based builder specialising in the luxury residential sector. Our client has been successfully in operation for over a decade, building an excellent reputation for the level of quality they deliver in each project. Their primary focus is on high-end residential builds, delivering stunning one-of-a-kind homes where every detail matters. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and several projects already underway, they’re looking to expand their team with a like-minded professional. They are a business that is committed to quality, making this an ideal role for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for the sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end delivery of high-end residential projects (valued up to $40m), ensuring excellence in time, cost, and quality. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout each project. * Develop and manage project budgets to maximise value without compromising quality. * Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays proactively. * Lead, support, and mentor Site Managers and project teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence. **Requirements:** * A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing high-end residential projects valued above $10m. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders. * Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. * Building & Construction Qualification, Diploma or similar is preferred.
